Built in 1962, Rotar is powered by two 650cc Triumph motorcycle engines, each turning a propeller to create a cushion of air. Directional flaps on the bottom are plywood and the rear fin is fashioned after Roth's '59 Cadillac. Ever the showman, Roth claimed the Rotar could hover over land and water, but that theory has never been tested.
